safefood, the Food Safety Promotion Board, is one of a number of public service organisations active in food safety and the related areas. We are working closely with these organisations to provide a seamless, accessible service for those interested in food safety.

While safefood provides advice and guidance, the enforcement of food safety regulations is handled separately in the North and in the South.
