Chair - Mr John Dardis |

| Mr Dardis graduated with a degree in Agricultural Science from University College Dublin. He worked as an agricultural journalist and was Arable Editor with the Irish Farmers Journal for 21 years, and was Agricultural Journalist of the Year in 1978.

Mr Seamus Sheridan |

| Mr Sheridan co-owns a cheese and artisan food business with outlets in Galway, Dublin and Athboy Co Meath and a pub and restaurant in Galway.

Mr Neven Maguire |

| Mr Maguire runs the McNean House and Restaurant in Blacklion, Co Cavan. He was resident chef on RTE’s afternoon programme “Open House”. |

| Dr Baird is Technical Director of Moy Park Ltd. He holds a BSc in Microbiology, a B Agr in Agricultural Bacteriology, and a PhD, all from the Queen's University Belfast (QUB). |

| On completing her secondary education Ms Ní Bhaoighealláin completed a certificate in journalism before pursuing studies in environmental management and ecology. |

| In 2003 Ms Healy established the Ella Wine Bar in Howth, Co. Dublin and is a member of the Restaurant Association of Ireland, Ms Healy currently chairs the Association’s North East Branch.

Mr Brian Cunningham |

| Mr Cunningham runs a company engaged in mussel farming in Carlingford Lough. From 2003 to 2006 Mr Cunningham was a member of the Advisory Forum of the Loughs Agency. |
