Education and learning

With the rise in foodborne disease and the changes in our food supply chain, it is becoming increasingly important that people are educated on the importance of food safety and food hygiene from the earliest age. Considerable effort has already been put into the successful transition year project "safefood for life" and the primary school resource "The Hands of Doom". Other resources will gradually be built up for other age groups and classes.
